Position Summary
Server Assistants are responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by assisting in serving food and beverage to guests, clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and tidy. This is a seasonal position that requires open availability for scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications
● Strong work ethic and exceptional guest service skills
● 1+ years experience as a busser or runner in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment preferred
● Polished presentation
● Effective communication skills
● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
● Ability to work in varying weather conditions
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
● Ability to perform physical requirements of the role including standing/walking for entirety of shift, bending, pulling, pushing, using stairs, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds

Overview of Responsibilities:
● Provide positive guest experience
● Assist in serving food and beverage to guests
● Fulfill guest dining requests as needed and facilitate communication of guest requests to servers
● Clear, clear, and reset tables, seating, and equipment
● Ensure polished and clean presentation of all areas
● Routinely serve and replenish water glasses to guests
● Restock and replenish utensils, napkins and other dining room needs
● Complete necessary side-work
● Perform all other reasonably assigned duties
