JoJo is currently seeking individuals for the Restaurant Manager position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the hospitality industry. The perfect candidate will possess "hands-on" fine dining service skills, attention to detail, commitment to hospitality and the ability to be a leader.

Ideal Candidates would have the following:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent phone skills, customer service oriented and proactive. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Is Friendly, engaging, gracious, has the ability to focus and connect with all guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations
• Participates in teamwork and assists other departments when needed
• Maintains a fun and energetic attitude at all times
• Passion for food & beverage
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Detail oriented
• Computer literacy to include: Aloha, Micros, Microsoft Office, OpenTable
• Basic Office experience, including answering telephone calls, assisting members and guest with computer issues
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• FULL AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
• A minimum of two years’ experience in fine dining

Jean-Georges' first restaurant, and named after his childhood nickname that his mother would call him, has recently reopened in a duplex townhouse on the Upper East Side, creating a modern and fresh design, yet still maintaining an understated, warm and friendly atmosphere. JoJo is a simple and casual neighborhood friendly restaurant serving a farm to table menu with mostly organic and local ingredients.
