Lead Server

Loosie's Kitchen, sister to popular bar Loosie Rouge is seeking a lead server who takes great pride in their work and goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

We strive to bring together warm, talented, and intelligent people who love to serve and are dynamic in their approach to hospitality.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the below:
Graciously greeting and guiding guests as the main contact through their experience
Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
Hold a working knowledge of all menus, menu descriptions, beverages, and table numbers
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong work ethic in order to keep up with high volume
Ability to mentally prioritize and stay organized during high volume
Communicating with kitchen and managers to ensure guest satisfaction
General Wine/Beer/Spirit Knowledge
Demonstrate mastery in all steps of service
Demonstrate proper professional decorum
Sense of urgency and intention.
Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment


The ideal candidate will have the following:
• At least 2 years of serving experience
• Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
• Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
