Description
Lucques restauarnt is looking to for a pm pastry cook to work the station and plate desserts through out service.
Pastry cook will be responsible of
setting up station
running service and plating
inventory and ordering of desserts
Ice cream & Sorbet inventory
help out with any production needs
5 nights a week 4pm-close (can push start time to 4:30)
Pastry cook must be detail oriented, work responsibly and efficiently, reliable to be able to work service unsupervised by pastry chef.
We are looking for someone who wants to own the position and afterwards grow with the company.
We offer health insurance for full time employees after 3 months of employment.
