The Altamarea Group, a NYC based restaurant group, is excited to open its newest venture in DC in the Mt. Vernon Triangle neighborhood, Nicoletta Italian Kitchen and Brew'd opening Mid-April. We are selectively looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension. Inspired by the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White, this restaurant offers Italian cuisine worldwide: prosciutto, mortadella, parmigiano, alongside with other signature dishes including meatballs, handmade pastas, and house-made gelato. Nicoletta Italian Kitchen will be under the leadership of Executive Chef, Bill Dorrler, Director, Jonna Gerlich and General Manager, Nick Longobardi.

We are looking for seasoned employees who share our passion for food, wine, and superior service. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading figures and be part of a growing and innovative company.

Responsibilities include:
• Work the line through busy services
• Keeping a clean and organized work station
• Making sure station is stocked before and after each shift

Requirements:
• One or more years of line experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Must have open availability and able to work flexible hour
• Able to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Chef
• Considerable working knowledge of food preparation
• A culinary training degree is preferred but not required
• Prior pizzeria experience is preferred
• Must have Open availability and flexible schedule
