Proper Hospitality is seeking a passionate and professional Corporate Director of Social Media.

Proper Hospitality is made up of a diverse group of passionate individuals who share a common love for hotels and the art of hospitality. Job Overview
• Create, curate, and manage all published content in the form of monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Oversee design of branded elements of social platforms & keep updated (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, social profile information, F&B outlets hours of operations, brand summaries, etc.)
• Assist the Creative and Sales & Marketing teams with creating and managing promotions and social ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram for all properties and/or F&B outlets as well as analyze these campaigns and make recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns
• Map out a comprehensive marketing plan and drive these strategies throughout the year around key moments that are proven by testing and metrics
• Monitor trends within the social media space, including competitor insights in regard to design and social media strategy
• Handle community management: monitor, listen, respond & engage to users in a “customer service” way while cultivating leads and sales
• Build and maintain an online positive reputation & presence at all times


Qualifications
• 5 years’ experience overseeing design of branded elements of social platforms, and community management with a luxury brand
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail as well as organization and time management skills
• Expertise with Business Listings and proven ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan

Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
