Description
The Soho Grand Hotel seeks an experienced F&B Manager to manage the service of the bar, lounge, room service, front and back of house.

Responsibilities include:
• Floor presence, ensuring service standards are consistent
• Training and evaluating team members in their roles
• Conducting effective pre-shifts
• Scheduling and payroll
• Inventory and purchasing
• Building strong rapport with guests

Requirements:
• Energetic and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must have open availability to work AM & PM shifts
• Must have working knowledge of OpenTable and Micros
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of Excel and Word are required
• Able to work effectively with all department managers
• An interest in style, music, fashion, art, and/or or dining and nightlife (pertaining to NYC)
• Creative problem solver
