Runner/Busser

Amami Sushi is seeking highly talented and professional Bussers/Runners. Must have positive personality, be service-minded, and have relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

Busser/Runner:

o Work in a high-volume, fast paced, service-oriented environment.
o Maintain polished floor etiquette with strong communication skills.
o Ensure all steps of service are executed.
o Anticipate needs with genuine hospitality.
o Maintain a neat, clean and organized workplace while keeping stations stocked.
o Adhere to company standards, procedures and protocols.
