Legacy Hospitality is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our growing team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Strong understanding of all FOH and BOH positions.
● All matters regarding health code violations
● China and Smallware maintenance and inventory
● Set smallware ordering pars based on product mix.
● Training FOH staff as well as ensuring FOH Human Resource files for each employee are complete and correct.
● Oversee FOH employee scheduling, which will be written on a weekly basis.
● Educate FOH staff on food and drink preparation
● Work with General Manager & Assistant General Manager on all FOH Repair and Maintenance
● Put checklists and systems in place to standardize operations
● Create consistency for entire beverage program
● Responsible for service consistency
REQUIREMENTS:
● Servsafe certified for both Chicago and Illinois
● Bachelors degree preferred
● At least 1 year of restaurant management experience required
● Organizational skills and cleanliness is a must
