Inspired by Italian bakers and bakeries, Sullivan Street Bakery was founded in 1994 in New York City. In 2000, the bakery moved to Hell's Kitchen, where it remains today. Known for its bread, Roman-style pizzas, and pastries, Sullivan Street Bakery has been a staple for 20 years.

Essential Functions

1. Greets customers entering the location
2. Interacts with customer to determine their needs
3. Takes order from customers
4. Makes suggestions about our products
5. Explains the ingredients of the products
6. Serves the products to the customers
7. Collects payment from the customers

9. Cleans the counter, work area and surrounding areas regularly throughout the shift

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This position requires early morning work schedule. This position is required to work on weekends and holidays to accommodate the hours of operation of the store.
