Job description
Frontier are currently looking for a General Manager to join the senior team. This is an amazing opportunity to run a neighbourhood pub within the group and be the hub of the local community. 10 of our 12 sites all serve a great range of craft beers, awesome pizzas & show all the big screen sport that’s worth watching. The Talbot's all about Sunday roasts, gastro pub classics, first floor dining room and terraces. The Hare & Hounds is all this, but with a wedding license, venue hire and big screen sport!
We are looking for a General Manager that shows passion and pride in their job, who has a willingness to coach and develop their team, who is committed and driven as we believe the pub is yours to manage and grow. We also need someone who shows experience in managing the business, through strong financial controls, business acumen and high operational standards.
The role
We offer
+ 40 hour working week, over 5 days
+ Access to wages anytime in the
month
+ Quarterly sales bonus

+ 50% discount in Frontier after 4 weeks for you + 3 friends
