Bar Waiter

Bar Waiter:

Reporting to the Bar Manager, we're looking for experienced Waiters to support the bar in our first international restaurant Hawksmoor New York that opened to rave reviews in 2021.

The restaurant is housed in a National Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building and is incredibly busy with the highest standards, world class service and award-winning cocktails.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

·       Working with the bar team to deliver excellent service and hospitality to the Hawksmoor standard.

·       Working with the team with setting up, running and breaking down the bar for each service.

·       Excellent rapport with your team and guests.

·       Ability to expertly run the bar to ensure smooth and successful services

To be considered for the role you will have:

·       Extensive experience working in some of the best restaurants in New York.

·       Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.

·       Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments.

·       Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage.
