Following some recent investment and strong commercial performance, we have recently opened a Production Kitchen in Kentish Town. We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Head Pastry Chef to lead our team, produce Melrose and Morgan core range and develop new products. 

The Head Pastry Chef will manage a small team of pastry chefs and support the Head Chef of Production to lead the entire kitchen. They will be responsible for the counter offer in stores, meeting stock demand, completing wholesale orders in a timely manner and creating new seasonal products

We are looking for a natural leader to join our team and bring their creativity and passion to grow our Melrose and Morgan range. 

Our kitchen in Kentish Town opens at 6am in order to deliver fresh baked morning goods to the store every day Monday to Sunday. 

We can offer you:

·      Day time role, 7 day operation 

·       Training Programme in Food Safety Awareness and Management Skills

·       A meal each day when on duty
