The Associate Director of
Revenue Management will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue
management, for a designated cluster of key hotels, in order to achieve the
budgeted objectives for total revenue generating points of sale.
The scope includes pricing, yielding and total revenue optimization and requires a strategic, analytical and commercial mindset.
The Associate Director of Revenue Management will work with the Hotel Team and relevant key Commercial & Marketing stakeholder to drive Total Profitable Revenue and grow market share.
In addition, the Associate Director of Revenue
Management will assist the Area Director of Revenue Management and will be
responsible to directly manage and lead a small team of Associate Cluster
Revenue Manager and/or to manage key company Revenue Projects.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned and team portfolio. 20% |

Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments. 20% |

Generate revenue forecasts and budgets and ensures accuracy for all hotels within area of responsibility. 20% |
|
Understand, investigate and extract data from any relevant system needed for problem solving and analysis. 10% |
|
Embrace and lead implementation of new projects, systems and tools to maximize revenue. 10% |
|
Develop strong business relationships across department and ensure team is aligned with the company direction. 10% |
|
Direct management of team or key revenue projects. 10%
A
successful candidate will have strong emotional intelligence and ability to
lead a team. Strong communication skills, ability to easily build trust with key
stakeholders are a must. Requirements: - Education: Relevant background suggests Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or Statistics - Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution. Previous experience in Management is a plus. - Desirable to be experienced in Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems and/or Distribution / Channel Management Systems. - Fluent in English both written and spoken.
