- Trains to be familiar with FOH or BOH workstations to include greeting guests, in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
- Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
- Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
- Other related duties as assigned
- Legal US work authorization
- Flexible Schedule - Available nights, holidays, and weekends
- Passion for food and guest service
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and can stand for long periods of time
