Recruiter – Tudor Hotels Collection

The Role:

As a Recruiter, this role will work across the Tudor Hotels Collection, covering all of our businesses. You will proactively support our businesses with finding and hiring top talent and onboarding them into the business. You will be dynamic in your approach and enthusiastic, a people person at heart and able to navigate the labour market with ease to find the best people for the job.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers with their needs and facilitating the hiring decision-making process
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively address current and future staffing needs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Generate and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Harri (HRIS) desirable
