Group Revenue Manager – Tudor Hotels Collection

The Role

As a Group Revenue Manager, you’ll be working across the Bodmin Jail Hotel & The Redcliffe Hotel. You will play a vital role in maximising room revenue through effective management of rate structures, yielding, and managing reservations. You’ll manage the GDS, rate distribution channels, yielding strategies, and the reservations team. You will also be responsible for optimising occupancy rates, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Responsibilities Include

  • Create rate structure plans for each hotel and strategy to optimise revenue during low, busy, and peak seasons
  • Implement yielding strategy to bring business during lower periods and maximise occupancy during busier periods
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize revenue, while ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with distribution partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), and global distribution systems (GDS) to optimise inventory and pricing
  • Develop and manage promotional packages and offers to attract guests and increase revenue 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in reservations or revenue management or a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and hotel property management systems.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
  • Understanding of revenue management concepts and strategies.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Hours schedule

  • Full time
  • On-site / Remote / Hybrid working
  • Occasional travel to other site’s as & when needed
