As a barback, a typical day might include the following:

• As guests are arriving in our venues you are greeting them with a welcoming smile.
• You are able to assist bartenders in all aspect of the guest experience.
• You are able to assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain and stock bar as required throughout shift.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner.
• You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other barback/bussers, servers, bartenders, and management.
• You are able to remember guest’s names and utilize them when appropriate.
• You are able to resolve service problems with empathy and according to guidelines.
• Your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.

This Job Might Be For You If:
• You have at least 1 year previous experience in a fast paced bar/restaurant.
• You present a neat and professional appearance.
• You are able to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers.
• You are able to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members.
• You have flexibility with schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• You are able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• You are able to kneel, push and pull items as necessary.
• You are able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Additional Experience You Might Have:
• TIPS certification
