The Opportunity: The Sr Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphic assets that effectively communicate the company's messages and image. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop a wide range of materials, including digital and print designs, promotional materials, signage, social media content, and more. The Sr Graphic Designer will contribute to maintaining a consistent and appealing visual representation of the brand across all touchpoints.
Day In The Life: (including but not limited to)
- Design Creation: Develop engaging and innovative graphic designs for various purposes, including digital platforms, print collateral, advertising materials, packaging, in-store signage and more.
- Branding: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design projects to maintain a strong and unified brand identity across all franchised units.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences to create designs that effectively communicate the intended messages.
- Digital Content: Create visually appealing graphics for digital channels, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and online advertisements, along with moving graphics and animation editing.
- Print Materials: Design printed materials such as menus, flyers, store signage, and other promotional materials that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Packaging Design: Contribute to the creation of attractive and functional packaging designs that enhance the customer experience.
- Photography and Image Editing: Source, edit, and optimize images for use in various design projects, ensuring high-quality visuals.
- Video Editing: Aid in videos for digital platforms, especially on social.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to ensure our brand's visual identity remains fresh and relevant.
- Adaptation: Modify and resize existing designs to fit different platforms and promotional needs.
What You Bring to the Table: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Experience in photography and image editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including both print and digital materials.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software in Adobe AfterEffects is a plus.
- Understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interpret and execute design briefs.
